·   Managed several large and medium-sized vendors for collocation space; ensured compliance with network requirements for power, HVAC, rack space and local support

·   Managed large vendor for SONET equipment and installation at PoPs and repeater sites in 20 cities; ensured that equipment configurations aligned with German requirements for performance and quality; all projects finished on time and within budget

  •                               Pursued and use leased facilities where practical, tracked and managed the facilities lease process
  •                               Coordinated the efforts of numerous teams to build COs, obtained entrances to LEC LSOs and IXC POPs, built fiber optic backbone loops in the city’s Central Business District.  Identified and pursued ROE for desirable customer buildings to build common space nodes.  Order fiber optic cable and FDBs
  •                               Coordinated with Real Estate group to build a temporary construction office.  Provided office furniture and equipment for both temporary and permanent offices.  Coordinated the installation of a LAN for users in the new city.  Prepare POs and process invoices for contractors and vendors
